Schwartz has a 30+ year, varied and cross-functional educational backgrounds in business, law and policy. He provides strong institutional management focused on return driven strategies in a wide range of industries including, but not limited to, environmental, trucking, rail, construction, component manufacturing, healthcare and real estate. 

As an implementer of processes focused on systems intended to ethically maximize return and identify unmet needs, he has represented and evaluated both large and small business and investors alike. 

In 2013, Schwartz sold his business to The Andersons, a Fortune 500 Company. He then went on to start one of the leading mental health clinics in metro Detroit as well as participated in numerous other ventures. 

Schwartz serves / has served as Advisor and / or Board of Director on several organizations including F-Tech, B'nai B'rith Youth Organization, Words of Hope 4 Life and Lakes Area Community Coalition, Rapaski Capital. He is also an active investor in a multitude of both established and start-up companies, including Dash Radio & Crowdz. 

Providing every institution, organization, investor, buyer and seller with unique and diverse perspectives, 

Schwartz has the tangible and entrepreneur business experience to relate to each person and entity. 

Educational background complemented with business experience, motivation and communication skills, affords Schwartz the ability to ensure successful and positive outcomes during all of his organizational involvements. In his own words, business success is one part luck, one part timing, one part relationship and a lot of hard work. 

In his spare time Schwartz enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 boys and 13 animals. He also is a self-

proclaimed food critic as well as avid participant in Spartan races and high intensity interval training.
