This required strong business leadership with a balance of doctor-owned decision making for long term stability and success. Kevin revamped the entire financial accounting system integrating all aspects as well as automating all from payroll to AR/AP to electronic linkages to our banks. While there, he also established the CARE TEAM model, this placed more structure around doctors being in a CARE TEAM with Nurse practitioners and Physician assistants. These CARE TEAM models allowed for more patient flow, shorter wait times and the NP/PA’s showed a 50% bottom line margin adding to the ROI for the practice.
